This week we have been refurbishing an existing menage located in Mawdesley, Ormskirk.

Bigger than the standard 20mx40m menage, this 44m x 28m menage has become water logged and boggy.
We have removed all the existing sand and rubber topping, disposed of the old woven geo-textile and installed 250 meter of new land drain. Drainage issues and boggy ground will be a thing of the best when we have finished.
A new none woven geo-textile will be installed and 300 tons of washed sand with a rubber mix.
